It was easy for us to get around only a 10 minute walk from Nagoya Castle, and close to the subway station. Staff were very polite.
Not in a very good area. It is in the red light district of Nagoya with the streets around the hotle being rather seedy after dark. There was no real places to eat, we ended up walking to a little supermarket and getting food there. Also the walls in the hotel are very thin with little sound proofing meaning that we could hear people walking up and down the corridore above us and the man in the room next to us snoring all night.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a spacious twin bed room that was just right in terms of comfort. The location was convenient, with easy access to the subway station and plenty of nearby restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, leaving us with a very positive impression.
The breakfast option could have been better, with more variety and options to choose from.

Good location, nice lobby, typical business hotel for Japan.
I asked specifically for a non-smoking room online, but got a smoking room anyway. Too tired to ask for a change.

Comfortable, Silence
Only one staff at front desk can speak English (Name Sho, lovely nice one). One & many front desk lady can't speak not even a word of English. Even more, she act angry when we try to confirm taxi to Nagoya station.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly honest and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. One of our group accidentally left her laptop behind, and the manager kindly took the time to bring it to us at the airport, saving us a lot of hassle. We were so impressed by their honesty and helpfulness.
We had a wonderful experience at this place. We highly recommend it to friends looking for a comfortable and convenient hotel.

Surprisingly large room , for japan. Good change from all these small hotels rooms in other hotel. Great staff. Clean. Quiet
It is 600m from the nearest metro, not a big thing but not next door.

Nice clean new hotel, fairly spacious by Japanese standards. Nice location near Fushima subway station, walking distance to Sakae
Room furniture design (this is a common issue in Japan): no drawer space at all, big useless desk in a small space. No place to unpack. But this is minor.

The hotel is conveniently located close to a subway station and the city centre. there are lots of shops, restaurants and cafes in the area to explore and enjoy. Guests can easily access the subway, local buses, and even an airport limousine bus stop to other destinations.
Noise can potentially be an issue due to the thin walls of some rooms, which can result in disturbance from other guests.

The free breakfast was super and the staff were mind-blowingly friendly and helpful. The hotel's central location and impressive entrance left a jaw-dropping impression. The room and facilities were of a good standard, and the option to not get clean sheets and towels every day was great for the environment. The twin bed room was spacious and the bed was just right. The hot water worked very well. The quality of the hotel was nice, with a bar/lounge area and restaurant. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and there was free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, laundry, and a flat-screen TV.
